Verify domain anda dengan TXT record

You can verify your domain through your domain host (usually where you bought your domain name). Where your domain manager provides Free DNS records to point your domain to an IP address or for TXT/CNAME records.


One option to use Google WorkSpace, Google will verify domain ownership by providing you with TXT verification data to be added to your domain's DNS records. When Google has successfully verified it, your domain ownership will be confirmed. For TXT records, this verification will not affect your website or email.


How to add TXT verification record

  • Log in to your Google Admin console.
  • Click Continue to verify your domain with TXT data.
  • Look for your verification code in the setup tool and click Copy.


Step 2. Open your domain's DNS records


Depending on the hosting you subscribe to with us, you can add TXT records by following the guide below:

Step 3. Add verification notes

  • To insert a TXT record
  • Inside Name/Host/Alias, enter @ or leave it blank. Your DNS manager may ask you to enter your domain, which looks like example.com. Your other may indicate what you should enter.
  • In Time to Live (TTL), enter 86400 or leave the default.
  • In Value/Answer/Destination, enter the TXT record that you copied in Step 1.
  • After that Save.


Step 4: Tell Google Workspace to check your verification code


  • Log in to your Google Admin console.
  • Click Next
  • Scroll to the bottom of the next page and click Verify my domain.



Important! For the addition of TXT records, it takes time for DNS propagation. If Google Workspace gives you an error message, please wait one hour to try again..


In extreme cases, it can take up to 48 hours for the registrar to publish your verification code
