How to Create a Support Ticket

Here's how to create a Support Ticket:

1. Please login your client area https://billing.exabytes.co.id/clientarea.php


2. Select the support department, e.g. select Technical Support:.



3. Then the ticket will appear, please enter the subject and message content. If you want to be accompanied by uploading files then you can select Attachments.


4.  If you can eat, you can press Submit.
