When moving your web hosting server from elsewhere to Exabytes, there are times when you need to backup your database and web files separately. The import process is needed to copy the database from the original server to the destination.
1. Make sure you login to cPanel first.
2. Make sure you have created a database first in cPanel.
3. If so, please access phpmyadmin from cPanel.
4. Then select which database you want to import.
5. If so, click on the database. Then choose Import.
6. Select the database file that you want to upload. Make sure the max file size has been estimated carefully.
7. Then click Go.
If during the database upload process, the max file size is too small, then you can ask support to help import the database.
