1. Buka Portal SELFCARE MYNIC Here.
2. Click "Forgot password".
3. Enter your Username, Email Address, and perform the Security Challenge.
Notes: If you forget your Email Address, you can contact your domain Reseller. Reseller contacts can be checked through WHOIS Checker.
4. Click the "Reset Password" button.
5. Your password will be sent to you via the contact person's email address.
Notes: If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
6. A link to reset the password will be provided in the notification email. The link provided is valid for 7 days and can be used once.
7. Click the link provided in the notification email to reset the password. Enter the new password twice and click the Reset Password button.
8. Notification page to inform you that the password has been successfully reset. You will receive an email notification to create a new password.
