How to create your first marketing email?

1. Start by creating a contact list by referencing KB: Importing your contacts into EBuzzzz Pro

2. Set up your campaign

Campaign Name: Name your campaign; this will only be visible to you and only used to set up your campaign. and It will not be visible to your recipients.

Subject: The subject line is one of the most important email settings. A good subject line will have a positive impact on your open and deliverability rates (avoiding spam). Choose a subject that clearly describes the content of your email.

From Name: 'From Name' appears in the recipient's inbox to identify you as the sender of the message. The aim is to build trust with the recipient and generate more openings. The default value is the company name given in your EBuzzzz profile

To change the Default Name, go to the Settings tab in the campaign and modify it in Default Settings.

Sender Email: Helps the recipient recognize you as the sender of the message, so it's just as important as "From name". The default value is your account email address. Don't forget that you can change the sender email by updating it in this field.

3: Design your email

Notes: Your profile must be completed to send or schedule your campaign.

You can choose between three tools to create your email:

  • Drag & Drop Editor: Create user-friendly (responsive) emails by drag & drop text blocks, images, buttons and other design elements to create beautiful emails.
  • Rich Text Editor: Create simple text emails using the WYSIWYG (What-you-see-is-what-you-get) editor.
  • Paste Your Code: Paste your own HTML code, which should be created by a professional.

4: Select recipient

Now you can choose which contacts will receive your email.

Step 4: Send or schedule your campaign

You have three choices:

  • Submit now (Note: your first campaign will be sent once your account has been validated.)
  • Schedule for a specific time
  • Send at the best time - select a date and let EBuzzzz send at the optimal time to engage each contact.

That's it! Once your campaign has been sent, you can monitor the results by visiting your Dashboard or Statistics Tab.
