Answer: No. Hermes Agent is pre-installed on your Exabytes VPS. Complete onboarding and provider configuration.
2. Is an LLM API key included?
Answer: Not by default. Unless the service package explicitly includes credits or credentials, obtain your own API key and manage provider charges.
3. Can I use any AI model?
Answer: Use models supported by your Hermes release and provider integration, and enabled for your account.
4. Does Hermes Agent require internet access?
Answer: Yes, for an externally hosted LLM. Additional integrations may require connectivity to other services.
5. Is additional security hardening included?
Answer: The agent is pre-installed, but customer-specific security hardening is optional and not included unless stated in the service agreement.
6. Who maintains the VPS?
Answer: The customer manages ongoing configuration, application maintenance, hardening, backups, and the self-managed VPS, subject to the subscribed service scope.
