1. Login to Our Customer System
For Indonesian Customers: https://billing.exabytes.co.id/clientarea.php
3. You can select the domain that you want to change the DNS by clicking the "v" button to the right of your domain.
4. Select the "Registrar Lock" option on the left side of the page, and click "Disable Registrar lock" until the following appears
5. A display will appear to change the Name Server
6. Please enter the name server you want, for example as follows:
Nameserver 1: ns1.idcloudhosting.com
Nameserver 2: ns2.idcloudhosting.com
* If you receive the message "Name server not registered" please contact domain@exabytes.co.id to register the name server.
7. Please ENABLE the registrar lock again in step 4.
* It will take 24 to 72 hours of propagation time for the domain name server to be completely changed.
